Windermere sets the standard for lakefront living in Central Florida. The Butler chain of lakes, the oak-lined streets, the estates with their own docks — homes here are built to impress and designed to enjoy. A kitchen in Windermere is not just a workspace; it is the centerpiece of the home. We build luxury custom kitchens and cabinetry worthy of these houses, with fine details and flawless execution.
Luxury Kitchens for Lakefront Homes
A Windermere kitchen has to do two jobs: function beautifully for daily life and look stunning when guests walk in. We design luxury kitchens around both — professional-grade layouts with clear work zones, plus the visual drama of a statement island, furniture-grade finishes, and lighting that shows it all off. Glass-front display cabinets, custom range hoods, and carefully matched details give these kitchens their presence.
We plan around the view, too. Lakefront kitchens should face the water — sinks under windows, islands oriented outward, and sight lines kept open from the kitchen to the lake.
Wine Storage, Bars, and Butler's Pantries
Entertaining is a way of life in Windermere, and the supporting rooms matter. We build wine storage and display walls, dry and wet bars with proper glass storage, and butler's pantries that keep the main kitchen pristine when you host. These are the rooms guests remember.
For primary suites, we build luxury vanities and dressing-room closets with the same level of finish as the kitchen.
Outdoor Kitchens for Florida Living
In Windermere, the backyard is a second living room. We build outdoor-rated cabinetry for covered patios and lanais — grill islands, bars, and storage that stand up to Florida weather while matching the home's style. An outdoor kitchen extends the entertaining season to all year.

Primary Suites and Dressing Rooms
The primary suite should feel like a retreat, and the cabinetry sets the tone. We build vanities with furniture-style details, double sinks where space allows, and linen towers that end countertop clutter. Seated makeup stations with proper lighting are a refined touch our clients love.
Dressing-room closets take it further: double-hang sections, angled shoe shelving, drawers for accessories, and a center island with a glass display top. A well-designed closet makes every morning easier — and it feels like a private boutique.
Smart Storage Details
Luxury lives in the details you use every day. Pull-out shelves that bring deep cabinets into reach. Drawer dividers sized for your utensils. Spice storage by the range, tray storage by the oven, and a hidden charging drawer that ends cord clutter.
We plan these details during the design visit, thinking through your routines the way a good tailor thinks through measurements. The result is a kitchen that seems to anticipate you — because it was designed around you.
Pantries get the same treatment: floor-to-ceiling storage, counter space for small appliances, and lighting that makes everything easy to find. In a Windermere home, even the pantry deserves to be beautiful.
The Butler's Pantry
The butler's pantry is Windermere's secret weapon — the hardworking room behind the beautiful kitchen. We design pantries with full-height storage, counter space for staging courses, a second sink where plumbing allows, and serving storage for the pieces you use when you entertain.
During a party, the butler's pantry keeps the main kitchen pristine. Prep happens backstage; presentation happens up front. Afterward, the dirty dishes disappear into the pantry instead of piling in the sink. Hosts who have one wonder how they ever lived without it.
We finish butler's pantries to the same standard as the kitchen — sometimes higher, since this is where the real work happens. Good lighting, durable surfaces, and storage planned around your serving pieces.
Serving the Way You Entertain
Every host entertains differently, and we design for your style. Formal dinners need staging space and a clear path to the dining room. Casual gatherings need a big island, an open bar, and room for guests to cluster. Holiday cooking needs oven capacity and counter space for the assembly line.
Tell us about your entertaining life during the design visit — the parties you throw, the holidays you host, the way people gather in your home. We will design a kitchen that makes you look effortless.
The Lakefront Standard
Windermere lakefront homes are held to a standard — by the street, by the guests, and by the owners themselves. We build to it: precise joinery, flawless finishes, and details that reward a close look.
The standard extends beyond the kitchen. Butler's pantries finished like jewelry boxes. Bars with proper glass storage and lighting. Dressing rooms that feel like boutiques. Outdoor kitchens that match the home's architecture. Every room gets the same care.
We also understand lakefront practicalities: humidity control, sun exposure on finishes, and layouts oriented to the view. Luxury that ignores the climate is not luxury — it is a maintenance plan.
When the project is done, we walk it with you in daylight and lamplight, checking every detail. Windermere deserves nothing less than our best work, and that is what it gets.
